Cindy is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in the corporate world as a manager and business coach.

Cindy’s life/work experiences and education bring a unique style to her coaching practice, Leading Edge Soulutions. Cindy is passionate about transforming the lives of clients as a business and life coach and centers her coaching philosphy on the premise that authentic leadership , in one’s life and in one’s work, begins by developing the leader from the inside-out. Cindy graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and from California State Univeristy at Los Angeles with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Cindy also has a M.A. in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Cindy is currently a Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Certified Professional Coach for a Fortune 500 Company and anticipates obtaining certification as a CTI Certified Professional Coactive Coach in 2009.
